Your views & opinions on Dry Carpet Cleaning are extremely wrong & more research should be applied. Dry cleaning is not carbonated solution, Chem-Dry uses that mix & study their reputation. Not all Dry Cleaning methods or Dry carpet cleaners use that mix but the franchise itself & a few others. Dry Carpet Cleaning is by far a new trend, try since the 1950's! Dry cleaning is a trend for the uneducated carpet cleaner and the cult following that do not use common sense to understand it's theory.

Steam Carpet Cleaning San Diego with a truckmount system is far more superior. Common sense: flush & rinse of soils, vomit, blood, feces, urine & chemical residues! Getting a spot wet does not cause it to come back by getting it wet! Lay off the Start Trek re-runs man! Spots come back in any method because the carpet cleaner never removed the sticky or greasy residue! Dry Cleaning has no extraction capability of the chemicals that are applied, instead you end up with a toxic soup of chemical residue & dirt. Can you see this? Please use common sense in this matter, it your health, your home, your indoor air quality, your kids & your pets!

Prices: the most ancient & still preferred way still used today is by the pound, in this area it would be square feet. It would be unfair to me if you cleaned my small room for $X & my neighbors that is much larger for the same. This is why professionals use square feet of ACTUAL carpeted areas to clean. Make sense? Sound fair? Yes! Fair for me & fair for my client. No one is getting ripped off. The carpet cleaner is now much more motivated to do his or her best which is what the client wants. Now about Basic Carpet cleaning - this is a big can of worms from water only to a tank of water loaded with emulsifier only - do crunchy carpets sound familiar, you know - chemical residues!

If you are planning on starting your own carpet cleaning business why not take some industry carpet cleaning classes to learn the trade, find out what is expected, get educated, discover what professional methods are required & the correct equipment to buy & more importantly - discover the industry standard of price! This is where to professionally start so we stop.

Somewhere we have integrated hack style carpet cleaning in with Professional carpet cleaning! It just is not so!
